Sooooo.... I was talking to my weight instructor and I was asking her for some useful books or videos I can check out for my hopeful transformation. One of the authors she suggested was Brad Schoenfeld, fitness guru and leading author for womens health books. You go boy!!! He has gotten some great reviews for his books, especially this one but the review that counts is my review. I Just ordered it from Amazon and should be getting it in a couple of days...I can not wait to begin the transformation...muah ha ha ha ha ha ha!
